Terra had not expected the library to be so empty - especially since it was getting close to the exams as her eyes were faced with an almost empty hall. Her geometry grade flashed in big, red numbers in her head and she visibly cringed at that thought. She had barely passed the exam if it hadn’t been for her sympathetic teacher who immediately noticed that her mind had been occupied with different things lately - with Beast Boy. A frown appeared on her face and the schoolgirl clutched her book tighter, as she slowly strolled through the library, passing the endless, tall shelves of literary knowledge. Finding a seat in the corner, the girl dropped herself onto the soft cushioned chair and opened her textbook, trying to get Beast Boy out of her mind.

{ I don’t mind BBTerra, actually! It’s clearly a completely onesided relationship based mostly on Terra trying to infiltrate the Titans, but the comics and the cartoons never tried to pretend it wasn’t that. It’s not a terrible relationship disguised as something more genuine and wholesome (á la BBRae), which is why I can enjoy it without feeling guilty that it’s pretty much one huge middle finger to Beast Boy.

It’s why I can get behind Joey/Penny too, even though it’s one huge train wreck. No one tries to pretend it’s anything better.

I don’t like the way Gar (in the comic books) was absolutely obsessed over Tara after she died and then somehow switched between firmly believing she’d been tricked and brainwashed to calling her a fully-aware traitor. He caused a lot of trouble for a lot of people with that, right down to trying to murder the Terminator and get Jericho arrested (for things he couldn’t prove, after trying to beat Joey up to hell and back), and there was basically an entire arc on how Changeling kept screwing up because he couldn’t handle Terra’s actions in a mature way which stayed deeply rooted into his abrasive character for decades after.
