10.  I am motivated almost entirely by one thing:  SPITE.  Spite and a perceived lack.  So like, X ship is OBSCENELY popular to the point that the sight of it annoys me, AND they have the sheer AUDACITY to tell me I’m wrong for liking my smaller, less popular ship.  That BOILS MY BLOOD and suddenly I have five fic written because I was mad and I wanted to prove a point haha.Sometimes I see a HC I hate so I write a fic in counter to it (without pointing it out or anything, I’m not THAT petty)--this has happened like five times and unless I’ve told you, you probably couldn’t tell which were written because someone had an opinion I didn’t like.  XD  The other is really mild in comparison.  I learned that NO one had written a Tokyo Ghoul coffee shop AU, so--not even in the fandom--I wrote the AU.  Basically all of my other fic are this particular motivation.The only other reason I write is if I’ve been caught by some idea or image and like...  No one else will write it like I want, so I have to write it myself.  “I want to read this, not write it” + “I don’t trust ANYONE to write this correctly” = “I will carry the ring.”

Thank you. But I already get way enough attention for what I deserve. The issue is that I’m never happy with what I have and will always look at other and be jealous. I never grew up out of that and I hate it.

I honestly came to the same conclusion : if I'll ever get a pet of my own, it'll be a cat. They are more independent and will suffer less from my deficient care, and will know how to remind themselves to me. So they have less chances of getting hurt by me.

Thank you <3 I guess I just tend to be easily upset, and just seeing some other ships being so popular and often considered as half canon and all over the place and even invading our ship's tags (or people reposting our ship art and pretend it's their ship), I just feel like it'd be easier to just go with the most popular ship. But I won't give up, I'm not the type of person to do something i don't like unless it's important.
