1. Арахис 1 стакан 2. Молоко 1 стакан 3. Сахар песок 3,5 стаканов 4. Масло сливочное 80 грамм

Шаг 1 Для сытного десерта лучше брать молоко максимальной жирности. В посуду выливаем молоко и добавляем туда 3 стакана сахара (0,5 ст. оставить на потом). Постоянно помешивая, ставим молоко на маленький огонь и увариваем 30 минут.

Шаг 2 Арахис также необходимо поджарить на сковороде до золотистого цвета, чтобы шелуха легко снималась.

Шаг 3 Дошла очередь и до отложенной части сахара: высыпаем сахар на сухую сковороду, чтобы получилась карамель, а наш щербет смог приобрести коричневый цвет. Добавляем приготовленную карамель к молочно-сахарному сиропу.

Шаг 4 Варим до готовности. В среднем, щербет будет готов через час варки. Добавляем сливочное масло.

Шаг 5 Форма, в которую будет вылит домашний щербет, может быть простой или же фигурной. Дно формы застелить бумагой для выпекания и засыпать орехи. Далее заливаем будущий щербет и переносим в прохладное место для застывания. Когда щербет полностью застыл, его можно подавать к чаю.

My four least favorite characters, past or present: apart from villains and everything of course I never liked Jacky and Mickey that much, ... although they grew on me in the end, and also Donna's mom

Favorite work of theirs: same actually. 

Least favorite work: the perks of being a wallflower i guess, but that's why i expected a bit more of the role, because of the book character.

Actor I’d love for them to play against in a movie: jensen ackles, don't ask me i blame fanvids.

Hmm. Hard. I was pretty disappointed in both of them by the end - Minky obviously was screwed over in S6, and I really didn't like Buffy's treatment of Faith (or Buffy in general) in S7. But recently I've decided that neither show existed after S5, so.... it's still hard. I love them both so much. But I'm gonna have to go with Minky.
