Why was this happening? The inner turmoil that Skylar was feeling was awful- the worst she had been stuck with in the last while, at least, and she knew why. There was only one reason- something she was here to fix. To solve. To end. Today was the day that she made things right. Probably breaking herself in the process, unfortunately, but it all had to be made right.
And hence Skylar was sitting on her own in a park, empty bar herself sitting on one of the swings, rocking back and forth ever so slightly, the sun lowering to her left as sunset began to take hold, waiting for her love to arrive. A simple message, an ‘I need to talk to you,’ had him on his way, the meeting place given by she- who was already waiting.
The archer hated this. Hated having to do this- To think of his reaction. . . But this was the only way to keep him safe. Alex would understand, right? Not that he would get a full explanation anyway but. . . He had to understand. This was a hard enough prospect as it was. ”

Skylar sat on the floor, a hand up gently holding onto her forehead as she sat in front of the open door, the other behind her. He was probably stifling laughter honestly- Though the question of ‘what just happened’ was audible to her. Sagittarius groaned, looking at the inanimate object before her- If looks could kill, that door would be no more.
Alex’s question came once again and the brunette shook her head as he helped her to stand, her still rubbing her temple. “ Forget it, ” she began quickly. Please stop asking what happened- it’s embarrassing enough without the explanation. “ I walked into a door. ”
She was ready- Cue the laughter. If he hadn’t been distracting her this wouldn’t have happened anyway- Yes, that’s right. there was no way it was her fault. It was definitely his, and no other’s.

Dark eyes watched the taller boy as he lay his head in her lap, Skylar surprised by the sudden movement. And yet hands immediately went to his head, fingers sifting through his hair softly as she looked down at him, a soft smile on her face. Sitting still, Skylar hummed quietly to herself as she kept focused on him.
“ You okay? ” she asked. “ You don’t usually do this. . . You just have to ask, though, and I’ll always give you attention. . . It’s nice to see you show that you need this too, at times. ”
“Your lips make me wonder what the rest of you would taste like…”
The brunette blinked in silence as Alex spoke, a moment needed to actually process what he was saying. Usually he wasn’t this forward after all- in fact the majority of the time it was down to her to actually be the forward one. Now of course it didn’t last- He liked his control as much as she did- But initially. . . This was certainly a surprise. Not that she was going to complain.
Stepping up to in front of him, Skylar leaned up, pulling up down to connect their lips for a very brief moment before she pulled back, a sly grin on her face. “ I mean, you found out once before, right? ” she laughed, tugging on his hand, pulling him in the direction of her bedroom.
“ But if you want me to help refresh your memory. . . I’m not going to complain in the slightest. ”
“Is there a mirror in your pocket? Because I look great- wait, I said that wrong.”
Stifled laughter, and a grin from the girl-- Before moments later she ended up laughing hysterically, clutching the other’s arm to keep herself upright; And also to keep him from simply leaving. Giggling, Skylar faked wiping a tear from her eye, and grinned up at her love, shaking her head slightly.
“ I used that one you the other day-- How did you get it wrong?-- Seriously I know you said it sucked, but how?! ”
