People can be quite intimated by water signs, especially Scorpio. This is because Scorpios, especially Scorpio risings, can have such an intense energy to them. Scorpios are ruled by Pluto and Pluto is all about death yet rebirth, destruction yet rebuilding. It’s light and dark.
