Back in our happy place! 😊 💖 We got up here in time to get out for our requisite kayak to our island to watch the sun set. The sky was pretty clear, so nothing too dramatic. Crazy wind! It didn't take long for the sun to drop behind the trees. Once gone, the sliver of a crescent moon 🌙 was more apparent. And it got much, much cooler. Happy Thanksgiving from Wolf Lake! @sandybfudgiemom and I paddled our @perceptionkayak yaks around Wolf Lake this afternoon. Really windy but we found some calm spots. It's such a beautiful Lake with many hidden gems. The inukshuk was rebuilt over the summer and The Beavers mailbox 📬 is a new addition. There was a letter to Emily inside. 4.5 hours in our @perceptionkayak yaks .. @sandybfudgiemom and I circumnavigated all of Wolf Lake, with a stop for lunch and a swim. It was a glorious day .. and we have the sunburns to prove it 🤣🤣 The birds are more active than I can remember ... we even had an Osprey fly in.
