it’s almost april!
this month, my theme was inspired by AmandaRachLee and her April Plan With Me video! I switched it up though and decided to use a colour scheme of pale pinks and blues.
april in my eyes is where things start to change. the sun comes out more often, everything appears brighter. april is a transition month, so i decided to use soft colours to show that change is happening, but not all at once.
this is also my first original post on rainyjournal! i’m so excited to create more and hopefully meet wonderful people who have the same passion as i do.

This is the inside of my Dutch door monthly overview — the other side is my main calendar that I setup in the video I posted last week on my Instagram feed! I started doing dutch doors in my monthly set up quite a few months ago now, and I’m still obsessed with them — The way I set up my calendars, there is usually a random column of empty space anyways, so a Dutch is truly my perfect solution for me! Plus it gives me so much more room to include some extra useful sections in my monthly set up. This month I went with a grocery list, task list, and a separate section to keep track of Patreon rewards.
