Can Ky take Salia on a date and go dancing? :D ❤
Ky arrived, waiting outside and trying quite hard to be casual, to not be so awkwardly early as to seem desperate or like he had nothing better to do. At a decent time, he knocked, and when she answered, he presented a single rose, offered his arm. It was a brief trip to the little studio he'd contacted to borrow a dance floor, and as he opened the door for Salia and lead them inside, he noted, pleased, that the lights were turned down.
"Owners are friends of the family," he explained, at its being empty aside from a bartender and some staff.
"Drinks first, or dancing?" he asked.
Salia laughed. "At least a little dancing, before I lose my balance!"
"Oh, fair!" Ky nodded, took her by the hand and lead her to the floor.
Salia set her hands, one in his, the other on his arm. He waited a moment, catching the pattern, then lead them into the slow steps.
"Know we danced at the ball, but that was something else..this is nice," she said, smiling.
Ky nodded. "Too formal, and gaudy at the same time."
Salia nodded. "But fun, at least.'
Ky nodded, recalling the impromptu karaoke, and other diversions.
He brought her into a turn.
"You are good at this," she giggled.
He smiled. "I do my best."
They danced through the song, and Ky tipped his head towards the bar. Salia nodded, enthusiastic. Drinks, more songs, and sore feet later, Ky had her escorted back to her door.
He laid a kiss on each cheek.
"You have yourself a fine evening, now, ok? Give my best to Muri."
Salia giggled. "You too, Ky, be safe, and I'll tell him hello."
He gave her a little wave, was off into the night.
