Given choice of axes and no mistranslations, "glip glops from the 3rd dimension" can pretty much insult any being.
I know it's particularly offensive towards Traflorkians, but keeping that in mind, the idea that one would be able to define their own dimensions subjectively to the situation (just as one is expected to do in any physics class with free-body diagrams) and the expectation that the idea projected need not be simply accurate, but also meaningful.
Deliberateness is what separates intent from afterthought.
Words themselves aren't power. Ideas are.
Magic is just intended ideas.
Which is why so many compare it to tech.
