Been thinking about them and they make me ILL /pos... Oh yeah, I never talked about them until now! Oops.
So basically in the Paladin!Pumpkin AU, his fiancee is Apple Blossom Cookie from House Apple! After Pumpkin discovered that his final test at the Paladin Academy was going to get rigged against him for being half-salt, he rigged it back so he could actually pass and since then, he doesn't trust anyone in the Upper City that isn't his direct family.
Apple Blossom was an exception tho, as she was already childhood friends with his cousin Madeleine Parfait (Parfelle) and he'd also known her since they were little. Apple Blossom and her House are pretty much the only ones besides his family he could trust, and works occasionally with House Apple as a guard for Blossom or just help around with their trading business (they trade apples hehee).
You could say a thing let to another and they fell for eachother, Parfelle was definitely rooting for them and then tease Madeleine on how his little brother got a partner before him. All in all, he loves her too much to involve her in his whole White Masks investigation ordeal at first but Blossom convinced him to communicate more to her about anything that bothers him, bc communication matters in a relationship people πππ and she became a trusted accomplice telling him everything she thought was suspicious thanks to her contacts as a high rank noble woman.
