A delightful vegan dessert featuring a blend of sweet apples, juicy blueberries, and crunchy pecans, topped with a golden oat crumble.
Ingredients: 4 apples, peeled and sliced. 1 cup blueberries. 1/2 cup pecans, chopped. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put the blueberries and sliced apples in a large bowl. Drop the rolled oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt into a different bowl. Mix them together. Put the fruit mix in a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Cover with the oat mix. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is soft. If you want, you can serve it warm with vegan ice cream or whipped coconut cream.
