The Japanese House - Still
On repeat on my daily commute. It’s strange. Mentally, I want to be listening to the slower - heavier types of music that I tend to gravitate towards in the Autumn/Winter months. But it’s beautiful outside. Like, actually going to be 97 degrees and sunny this weekend. [No one wants beach selfies.] And I’m happy. And living in Australia. And at work, my new friend Mark has been listening to the entire discography of great women like Mariah Carey, Britney Spears and Taylor Swift. So musically, my life is literally upside down.
Speaking of work, I’m really loving it. The store I’m at is the only one in the company that doesn’t have the same floor material because they wanted the floor to be sand coloured like the beach. It also has huge trees and skylights to let the sun in so I’m becoming less of an Apple Vampire. Everyone has been delightful and welcoming so I’m just feeling very appreciative. This whole experience is pretty remarkable and slightly jarring when I step outside of myself and think about it. Lucky to have lots of people in my life both at home and here to share it with.

I may need an iPod that can take more music.
The iPod Touch can get on internet and has a camera. The iPhone can do what the touch can do, and it can make calls, though my mom made me cynical about phone contracts.
And Apple just made new stuff :D
I went to the Tysons corner Apple store today. They had that cool floating genuis bar. Amazing. I even got to see their back of house :D
Rant
So many of you may not know this but I'm like the biggest Apple nerd ever! so today I was told that the reason that Apple sucked is because they just copied Microsoft and that they would not exist if Microsoft hadn't been around and that they use Microsofts hardware. Okay, where shall I start with this. First of all all the first personal computer was released by Apple and then Microsoft took the idea of the Lisa and made they're own personal computer, and if you want to get on the topic of things not existing, it would be typography, because if it wasn't for Steve Jobs and Apple is would not exist. Second of all Microsoft makes software so how would Apple be using their hardware? The only thing that Mac's and PC's have in common is that they both are powered by Intel processors, and in no way does Microsoft own Intel. I also hate when people say that Mac's are over priced, Okay go find a PC with not only the same tech specs, but also the good quality. Apple uses nothing but quality parts in their computers to ensure they that last longer, so yes you may be paying more for a Mac but you are also getting a great product. Anyways, If you're going to argue with me about Apple please know your facts first.
