Ingredients: 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 6 slices of bacon, cut in half. 2 jalapenos, halved and deseeded. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put a toothpick through the middle of each shrimp and wrap it in half a slice of bacon. Add salt and pepper to the jalapeo halves and brush them with olive oil. Put the shrimp wrapped in bacon and the jalapeno halves on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is fully cooked. Enjoy while hot!
