Going to have to stop scrolling early today. Already saw too many posts and comments that boil down to "bi people either aren't real, don't matter, or don't count" in fandom posts. And I really want to be past aww they just don't know better. They aren't really informed or aware of what being bi is. They surely don't mean to erase or invalidate being bi etc etc...

I”m on the mainland visiting a friend so have a few off island missions. One that I’m failing badly at is finding a large cookie sheet or equivalent. Cookie sheets aren’t particularly common in the UK it would seem but there are plenty of oven trays which have more of a lip than a cookie sheet but less than a roasting dish. Problem is I have yet to find one that looks like it could fit more than three of the cookies I make on it. I’m over here making giant triple chocolate chip gf cookies not biscuits. The recipe I use makes at least 12 and I currently use oven trays that fit two but can fit two side by side in the oven. It is so much juggling round a hot oven. I just want a cookie sheet that will fit 4 or 5 cookies. I’ve tried supermarkets and homewares places and am wondering how small other people’s ovens are based on the size of some of these “large oven trays”.
