I have the premium subscription (yay no ads) how-frickin-ever, i have redownloaded the app three times because when I'm listening to music and I lock my phone or it falls asleep, the music fuckin pauses. Sometimes it starts back up, sometimes i have to unlock my phone-.- AND (in case anyone is thinking it) yes, i contacted Spotify, after a good ten minutes or navigating through their website that clearly is not designed for people to contact them (or give up along the way), i talked with a VERY unhelpful lady that just told me told delete and redownload it, even though i told her I'd already done it twice and nothing had changed. And it's not my wifi because I've used it at three different houses. ALSO, if i dare to switch it to offline mode (hint: don't do this), it will not connect to WiFi or data. And every time i use the app, i have to shut the wifi on my phone off and turn it back on to even recognize that there is an internet connection.
