The time we drove to #profitisilias on the #Greek island of #Rhodes It felt like we were driving into the middle of nowhere. Yet, the landscape was so captivating, we couldn't help but to push on. Beautiful groves of olives trees patched the green hillside. When we arrived in #Apollona, a boy on a bicycle showed us the way to an authentic Greek restaurant known as #Paragka with the most amazing food I had ever had. (at Profitis Ilias (Rhodes))
