Education in America
The type of education system that would benefit most students would be custom-tailored education. In a perfect world, the education system would be able to find out what students in middle school are interested in and steer them in the direction of a job that fits their hobby’s or interests they enjoy. This would then lead the student into a career that they would potentially enjoy which would then increase productivity. There would also be easy accessibility to transition to different subjects if a student decides to take an interest in another subject. This education system would be better than the outdated and tradition education we have now because students are force-fed information about many different subjects that would not benefit them in the future. Think of it this way. If a student wants to go into computers to learn about network and cyber security, why are we making him learn about English, history, or chemistry when none if it will help that student in the future. These subjects due to the student having no interest in them could potentially lower his or her grades, holding him back from a good college where he or she can go to learn about computer science that would benefit them. This outdated education system we live in today is only designed to weigh is down, not lift us, and it's time for a change.
