Norman is so boring that he might as well be a fucking loaf of wonder bread, i couldn't give half of a shit about his character. yesman was at least interesting bc he has the whole circus shtick and INDEV is actually kind of nuanced but Norman is just Killer Android #945809368942636346
lol remember intergalactic strife and how it was supposed to be an actual skullgirls-esque fighting game. i don't think deo understands exactly what it takes to make a game. they aren't made out of dreams and pixie magic, there's hard ass coding and programming that goes into it. all the concept art and characters and UI interfaces that you make won't count for anything without ACTUAL PROGRAMMING AND GAME-MAKING EXPERIENCE
Okay, and there’s so many things wrong with it too:
1.) There was 72 characters in it. That’s way too many characters for a fighting game. Skullgirls has what, maybe 15? Nobody is going to want to play a game with 72 characters with their own main stories to go along with it, no matter how interesting their designs look.
2.) The story was all over the place and made no coherent sense. It wasn’t until one of their friends, who also helped with Counting Stars, who is also making a video game, introduced her idea and the games were essentially put together. Now that they’re not friends, Intergalactic Strife makes no sense and is just a mash up of random character designs they didn’t want to get rid of.
3.) Deo pretty much has an expectation that everybody is supposed to help them create the game while they just supply the idea, but it still all belongs to them. Shows their etiquette and laziness.
Now its just a lost memory that they sometimes work on.

deo is kinda like one of those ancient curses that can only be gotten rid of if it's given to someone else and while you're kinda glad you cleaned yourself of the curse you're also sad bc you know some other poor bastard's gotta live with it now
I’m so fucking through I can’t stop laughing
