This is PTSD.
Yes, the flashbacks were induced by Wanda’s mind control, however it took Natasha so long to recover, there’s definitely more to it. Even Tony, although he was anxious, he wasn’t shaken and dissociated hours later like Natasha was. Laura pointed out “Nat seems really shaken,” Natasha, specifically. Natasha was leaning against Clint and he had his arm around her, supporting her while they were walking. She wasn’t injured. The distant, hollow look in her eyes, the extra time it took to process and put on a smile when talking to the kids. After the mind control was over, she just sat down shaking, unable to move or speak, and couldn’t even register that Clint was talking to her.
