Karen Page has PTSD, a laundry list of unaddressed and unprocessed trauma, her character progression into season three showcases this AND draws back onto why she related to Frank, why she defended him adamantly in a court of law AND to anyone who looked at him sideways. She’s doing her best with what she’s given and uses her mistakes as motivation to pursue the truth and do right by people in the process. If I didn’t love Karen Page before (and believe you me, I did) I’d die at the altar of her feet tonight. She’s a good person, but she’s human, flawed and searching for answers, and wearing a lot more dark clothing these days and I’m Here For It.
