I don't get why TK is so nervous when he joins Owen at chemo. Is it because the cancer becomes real at this moment?
I think it makes a lot of sense that he would be. He just got very big news about his father having cancer and now he’s trying to handle a huge influx of information probably. Plus, watching him at chemo would surely be hard and make him nervous and remind him of what could go wrong. So, I’m sure he’s just feeling a bunch of things and wants to not mess anything up. And yeah, seeing Owen at chemo makes the cancer feel more real probably because it’s a visual reminder of a disease he can’t really see. These things kind of hit people at different times.
