As a hater of astrology I always thought the best way to engage with and believe it in a positive, un-essentialist way is to treat it as stuff you can spiritually claim, rather than it defining you. So like, a magic weekly lootbox. Nothing in the box says anything about you as a person but you're allowed to use what's in it.

Personally I think some level of magical thinking is inherent to how human brains work, so I put the line at judgement. The moment you weigh astrology/divination against shit like medical science and common sense, even if its a 99 to 1 ratio, you’ve lost the plot.
Its fun to consider, fun to think about, and can sometimes help people think about things in ways they hadn’t before, but its still magic.
