The methods enforced by the slaughter (dairy & meat) industry is by no means natural. Raping (yes I said raping) cows repeatedly throughout their entire misery induced lives to produce milk for a species (the only one, in fact, that continues to drink milk after infancy) other than its own and certainly not its own offspring is not only horrid but just plain wrong. Rape, regardless of species, can never be justified. Containing 5-6 living chickens in a box the size of a small crate disables their natural wingspans completely and often leads to: psychotic mannerisms (especially prevalent in fur factories), infected limbs to produce 'food' (almost always FDA "pure" including: puss, open wounds, etc.), and several broken constituents of their frail, hormone affluent, hurting bodies are only a few of the despicable occurrences in universal slaughter houses. It is NOT the propaganda imposed happy cow on the field of grass on your Great Value cottage cheese; it is blood, tears, despair, and metal cages. Does their inability to get a job, pay taxes, or do geometry (etc) undermine their freedom to happiness and life? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Who are we, the human species, to decide what characteristics define a kismet, destiny, of another living being? They ARE NOT here to serve us. They were NOT put here by a deity to feed us. They are here for their own reasons just as we are. Their pain and suffering is not for the pleasure of your dinner. No death is worth the chicken patty in your sandwich. No amount of scared and tired animals are worth the milk in that glass. When was the last time you hunted with your carnivorous characteristics you so abundantly argue (cat like reflexes, sharp teeth for tearing apart animals, and claws) to hunt your prey like the predator you all so falsely claim? Buying ammonia permeated flesh at walmart does NOT count as being the 'top of the food chain' or being a 'predator'. We have no right to the demise of other sentient beings. It's not fair AT ALL. You are not a predator you are a mere consumer in a disgusting, abusive, degrading industry.
