I'm prefacing these for everyone: If we haven't plotted or have plotted lightly, these are going to be what I could MAYBE see. And if we have plotted ... but the relationships are complex, this is also a proposal of what I could imagine. Basically, everything is subject to change with plotting and I'll elaborate if I feel the need :D

ATTRACTIVENESS:

(striking these purely because he's just not the type to think like that ... he's a LOVER and i can't imagine these EXACT words going through his head) ELABORATION: all those that are bolded ... it is no secret danika is conventionally attractive, and i can see philip/mischa developing a genuine attraction to her, especially and specifically when they're younger back in russia. whether that develops into anything in america and beyond...... definitely on the table through plotting. and i'm always open to au's and shifting his canon!

HOW LIKELY HE WOULD HAVE SEX WITH HER:

ELABORATION: this would obviously take some more plotting, but as i said above ... i can see him developing some type of feelings for her when they're younger. attaching to someone you spend a lot of time with, a good friend ... it would be very natural for him to yearn at least a little.
LEVEL OF FRIENDSHIP:

ELABORATION: again, would take some more plotting ... but them being good friends in the past; more casual and obviously literally and figuratively separated in the present; and with the potential for more as time goes on. philip's time in russia is pretty much a blank slate, and i don't see him having many people he's close with. in america... it's just stan. who is FBI... so we can see how that goes... and boy, does it go... and then eventually back in russia, with no one (but elizabeth, depending on plotting and au's, etc)
