No, you do not deserve to die. At all. You deserve to live, you are strong and you have you place in this world.I am really proud of you for being 3 month sober, it is a huge achievement, and I think you can - and actually, you should - be proud of yourself.

We all make some things in our lives that we regret later, but it doesn't mean that we are a bad person or anything. It is the way humans are learning life. This is now a kind of lesson for you, you got through this, you know how it was and hopefully you learned that you should be more careful from now on, right ?

Don't put so much pressure on yourself. You are only 17, you have so much to live and to learn. You will make bad choices again, I'm not gonna lie, but as I said, this is pretty normal. We have to make bad choices sometimes, so that we learn better how to do things later.

Now that you are sober, your aim should be to stay like this. You can look at this page where you can find some information about recovery and some ways to distract yourself when you feel a craving.
