I don’t know how many people who are in the Warhammer fanbase also watch Voltron but I’m just gonna say it;
Lotor strikes me as a kind of Corsair Princeling for sure.
The skin colour actually even makes me want to see the Aeldari with a bit of a wider range of variation. Their eyes are already meant to be able to come in hues a human’s can’t, so it’d help hone in their alien nature by letting them have skin characteristics you wouldn’t see in humans. Also because it is a bit tiring that all Aeldari are the exact same colour it seems >_>
Luckily AoS is bringing in darker skinned Aelves, which I’m very glad for.
But yeah, anyway, just an announcement that I think Lotor makes a great Corsair Prince! Next army project for 40k will be to assemble a Corsair force for him then. Can use my own rules between friends, and I’ll play them as an Asuryani force in anything official.
