First class at the new @_imassage spa in Layton taught by my amazing bonus daughter @rickicunningham To be at a #yoga class with my wife, my son, my sister, and bonus daughter is #anotherfirstinutah I am so proud of myself for showing up and trying yoga again not know how much i would actually be able to do!
