hi!! i love your work and your fics r my current obsession, ive been getting into writing recently and i was wondering where you get ideas, besides obviously getting requests, do they just spawn π Im good at writing when i actually have a prompt to go off of but I struggle thinking of ideas. π

I get a lot of inspiration from music, like for instance my fic Fall In Love (Again and Again) was inspired by the charli xcx song, and my fic Iβve Seen was inspired by the song by olivia dean, I liked the titles and the lyrics of the songs and just kinda started brainstorming what I could do with that!
I also love using tropes, angry love confessions, enemies to lovers, all of that fun stuff! sometimes for me itβs easier to pick a trope, maybe browse some prompts on tumblr and then just kinda let my mind start to work from there!!
sometimes I also hear a quote I like or a line from a movie and try to build stories of my own from them!!
ALSOOOO I write a lot of self indulgent stuff. my own daydreams lol!
and sometimes they really do just spawn out of nowhere lol. my mind will just be wandering and all of the sudden I get a random idea and I canβt rest til I write it π₯².

scroll all the way down and toggle the 'shorten long posts' and tumblr will automatically shorten long posts and add a 'view post' option! im not sure how to do it on desktop or if it even has that option for desktop but i hope this helps!
