Damn it Brian that’s not how it works. Gotta keep up a secret affair that Roger confesses to the night before the wedding. There’s a lot of bad blood because Brian feels guilty but takes it out on Roger for telling and Jackie is just hurt and only in the end can everything be ok and Roger and Brian go off into the sunset to make gay babies.

Ann could remember that evening. She could remember dinner with Thomas and the slow drive home. But most importantly, she could remember waking up in the hospital weeks later to the news she had been in an accident that her husband failed to survive. Yet to the world, she seems stronger for what she survived. Takes a greater control of her life and cherishes each moment like no other could. So the idea that a blond man she only ever sees while jogging in the morning could pose the biggest challenge for her yet would come as a shock. But perhaps after all she lost, it’s time for her to take a chance on someone yet again.

And yet I can never think of how to summarize my own ideas.
