Jonathan's face was holding the same boyish grin it held each and every time he had his best friend around. Her blond curls had the power  to lighten the room, at least in his world. With one more swipe on his phone and a soft chuckle escaping his lips Jonathan turned it over so she could see the image that he'd just come across. Last years Christmas party, which much like the years before Jonathan and Violete had convinced their families that the more the merrier. And Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas if they didn't all spend it together. Not that it took much convincing, their families had grown accustomed to the extended family. If it wasn't for Holidays or birthdays it was family vacations and surprise trips. The two came in a sort of packaged deal, and their families did well to remember that. "Remember this? White Christmas in New York. You started crying when the first flake of snow hit you." A louder laugh now escaping his lips as a new memory hit.
