Basically, I see Spock as being nonchalant in most aspects of his life. Why would a pregnancy be any different? Let's say he goes into pon farr and mates Kirk. Unexpectedly, he finds himself pregnant. And quite nonchalantly goes about his business as usual even as everyone else on the ship goes slightly crazy over OMG PREGNANT SPOCK and the like.
Bonus points if Spock figures out he's pregnant on his own and declines to inform anyone - including Kirk - until a physical with McCoy.
Oh, come on. I can't be the only one who wants something like this!
