Fic Idea
Persona 3 but it’s just random interactions where both MCs haunt each other for no goddamn reason. Like, FemC is out walking Koromaru and then this wacky blue hair enabler man pops up and just vibes next to her, offering random advice and why can’t anyone else see him? Or MC just talking to Maiko or Aragaki and he has this strange girl telling him to play nice and do shit instead of just Vibing. Bonus points if they’re twins and they think they’re hallucinating each other. Or maybe they’re from alternate universes where the other died and each protagonist haunts the other whenever they’re dreaming so they don’t really remember just vague memories of floating.
Imagine disappearing for ages just to upload outfit references for a femc that doesn't even exist.

Hypothetical Persona 4 FEMC in honour of the announcement of P4R.
Kamijou Mii
Yu was designed after a bancho, a type of Japanese delinquent. While the most logical equivalent would be a sukeban, I wanted Mii to parallel Kotone and Makoto. Basically, be an inverse of the other protagonist.
So, I went with a Gyaru - someone who can be categorized as a delinquent due to their reputation, and habits relating to modifying their uniforms.
Anyways, while Yu is someone who looks stoic, but is actually a lot more whimsical and cheery, Mii is the exact opposite. She looks like she’d be a stuck-up, vapid, and high energy girl, but is actually very icy and pragmatic.
She’s generally a lot more straight-laced than him, with her main gag being how brutally blunt and honest she is. If you come to her with a problem, she’s the type to immediately begin looking for solutions.
Her family situation was that her parents had jobs that had them move around a lot, both overseas and within Japan, so Mii grew up never staying in one place for long. As such, she became apathetic to forming close bonds and friendships.
As for the changes in the story, Dojima is generally more wary of her at first due to her appearance being much more in line with a bad influence, but is more surprised to see how self-sufficient and cool headed she actually is.
Nanako on the other hand, gets attached to her much faster than Yu. Mii would be the first female role model she’s had in a while, and would look up to her. She’s more comfortable with divulging her feelings towards her quicker.
As for Yosuke, I have two possible routes - either he becomes a teammate, or takes Saki’s place as the second victim.
In the first scenario, he’d have a crush on Mii, but actually be projecting his feelings towards Saki onto her. His feelings towards her kind of prevent him from forming the relationship he has towards Yu, and he’d act like her “white knight” and actively shelter her. He processes his grief and resentment towards Saki by essentially projecting her onto you.
This would come to a head when during contemplating throwing Namatame into the TV after Nanako’s death, during the argument, he calls you “Saki”. This would lead to Chie calling him out and a rift kind of forming between you and Yosuke.
In the other scenario, Saki becomes your Magician social link, and Yosuke is killed by Adachi during an interrogation. Instead of the dismal Inaba you awaken in, it’s a giant maze-like Junes, with Shadow Saki on the rooftop. Saki’s feelings towards Yosuke stay the same, being annoyed by him and generally finding him a pain to be around, but she also kind of relates to him feeling trapped in a place where no one really likes you. She was genuinely concerned when he went missing.
For context, Saki’s parents resent her for working at Junes and helping it shut down the shopping district, despite most of Saki’s salary going to keeping her liquor store still standing. Saki resents her family for not praising her more and admonishing her for trying to keep their business alive any way she can. She awakens to Tsunade as her persona.
Mii and Saki’s relationship is very important to Saki. She feels like Mii never judges her for her ugly feelings and is her first actual friend in a while. Saki could rant and vent for hours, and Mii would patiently listen. That’s something special to her.
Rise still has a thing for her. Her type is protagonist, I guess.
