okay okay so i don’t think there’s a complete character line up here but i just want to say one thing: james could never get down to kaz’s indifference so it would be sirius=kaz

lily is sold by petunia+vernon once her parents die and she spends a year at the menagerie before one day james potter strolls in, back straight, eyes bright, and name covered in blood. she knows about him. his crew. what he does. she wants in. with him. she wants out of here. she doesn’t want to be owned anymore. so she approaches him silently, drawing on the days she spent practicing the tight rope with her dad. he rejects her; he thinks she’s offering her services, not her skills. then, two weeks later, she’s in dolores umbridge’s office and james potter is there, taking her away, giving her her freedom. she owes him

(he’s a lot brighter than she thought he would be. he has secrets, lots of them, but he smiles too. or maybe that’s just for her)

sirius black tries to shoot her on their first mission together. “accident.” he claims but she knows he’s the best sharpshooter in the city. he doesn’t make mistakes. remus lupin promises that it’s just jealous. “what’s he jealous of?” lily asks. remus just smiles. 

turns out that remus is a grisha and suddenly they’re on the run. james doesn’t want to run but remus promises it’s for the best. besides, they have a destination so it’s not exactly like they’re running away. just towards the biggest score of their life. and then back to get revenge
