I wrote some g-rated Anna/Elsa fluff for a friend whoops
"Oh, Anna," Elsa muttered with a rueful smile, gazing at her sleeping sister, who was visibly shivering despite being bundled in the thickest blankets Elsa could find. Only her sister would decide to nap outside in thirty-degree weather and wake up dusted in fresh snow and numb with cold. Elsa adjusted Anna's hot water bottle by her feet and fiddled with her blankets absently, eyes traveling over the look of discomfort on Anna's face. Waves of heat had begun to pour off her a couple of hours ago, fever making her cheeks too rosy and her skin paler than Elsa's. It was disconcerting, having her so deathly silent--it formed a sick pit of déjà vu in Elsa's stomach, and she wished her sister would wake up already, with that unquenchable spark restored to her eyes and her mouth running a mile a minute.
Elsa sat on the edge of the bed and slid a hand across Anna's forehead, brushing her sweaty bangs to the side and letting her fingers smooth over freckled skin. Her hands stilled their movement when Anna stirred and mumbled something nonsensical, brow creasing perturbedly. "Anna?" Her eyes shuttered open and she blinked up at Elsa, going cross-eyed as she tried to place her. "Elsa, what--why's it so hot?"
"You went and got yourself sick, that's why. I mean, really, you could've at least worn a heavier coat." Anna groaned and tugged at her collar, twisting under the pile of covers fitfully. "Elsaaaa."
"What is it?" Elsa had to bend to pick up the hot water bottle when Anna kicked it out from under the blankets. "Elsa," Anna repeated, eyelids drooping as she fought with consciousness. "Too hot. Cool me down." Elsa shook her head. "You'll get whiplash. Your body temperature's already confused enough as it is." Anna pouted and snaked a hand out of the blankets to pull roughly at Elsa's sleeve, making her drop the water bottle again. "Please?"
Elsa rolled her eyes and pulled off her sister's blankets, piling them at the foot of the bed and asking, "That better?" Anna sighed in confirmation and spread her arms and legs, burying the side of her face in her pillows and already beginning to sink back into sleep. As Elsa was folding the blankets, she heard her sister say, "C'mere," voice half muffled. Elsa did as she was asked, kneeling in front of her sister and tilting her head curiously. "Do you need anything else? A glass of water? You hungry?" Anna made a vague negatory noise and outstretched her arms in quiet invitation. Elsa huffed a tiny laugh and climbed into bed with her sister, letting Anna wrap her arms around her and bury her warm face against the side of Elsa's neck.
Elsa stroked a thumb over Anna's hands, where they were clasped over Elsa's middle, and moved to press a light kiss to Anna's cheek. "Feel better, Anna."
"Love you," Anna mumbled dreamily, eyes closed, claimed by the sandman. Elsa smiled and shut her own eyelids, the steady sound of her sister's breaths more soothing than any lullaby.
