Move! Move Monsta Move!
When it was founded in September 2009, Animonsta Studios has only 7 staffs. After a few months, it has grown and more people have joined in. Animonsta Studios has moved out from the incubator of MAC3 to its own office space at SME 3 in late 2011. Back then there were only 15-20 staffs working hard to produce the animation, BoBoiBoy.
Few years later, BoBoiBoy has been a successful product of the company and more people have joined in. Now, there are almost than 50 people all in. From the management division to the pre-production team, production and post-production division. Of course the current space still can fit in 50 people but it'll be too packed and most of us won't be comfortable working in that kind of environment. So, we have to move to a bigger place.
Alhamdulillah, we managed to get one. It's not that far. Well, just one floor above our current office but the space is much, much bigger. It has been 3 years breathing, working, sleeping at LG-03 and by December 19th 2014, we've officially moved out.
The new studio isn't 100% completed. It will take around another 2-3 months to get everything done. However, thankfully they managed to get the production area ready for us to continue with our daily production.
More updates to come in the coming weeks or months. Can't wait to see the 2nd phase of the studio.
