I can't think of a better way to spend a beautiful fall afternoon than foamsmithing. Needle is my first sword ever, and I don't hate it! The base shape of the blade is dremeled out, minus a bit more detail work on the tip and at the center. The handle is going to take quite a while to sand it down into a cylinder, but I dont mind. The guard will be put on after all the handle shaping is done. I'm making this with 4 and 6mm eva foam from @tntcosplaysupply - I absolutely love their foam! Not sure quite yet what I will use for the ornate detailing, but that is a challenge for future me to deal with. My favorite shot of my Pizza Delivery Sivir from this past weekend at #nextlevelexpo! This cosplay is so fun and comfy, and walking around with a giant spinning pizza is just a blast. This cosplay definitely pushes my comfort zone, but I'm glad I finally found the confidence to do it! Sivir was my first main in League of Legends back in season 3 when I started playing, so the character means a lot to me.
