#Mushu development week winds down (one more after this) with the animation phase. Here’s a quick update #modelsheet I did for a meeting with my Mushu animators to correct things I had changed or wanted to improve in his design. (Note, I was trying to find creative new ways to say yes or no on how to draw him). The rest are from piles of #thumbnail art sheets I have. I would take a rough pass at animating the scene with sketchy, tiny drawings that go across the page so I could work out the acting and poses before drawing them large on the #animationpaper. ANIMATIONS! So ever since I started working on my music I decided that I wanted to try to make lil vids and stuff as well. A buddy of mine put me on to @animationpaper and I was able to make these as a complete beginner in a day after watching a bunch of traditional animation tutorials and seeing how the Lion King was made haha. I was having an absolute blast bring characters to life. Next of course will be sound and music!
