why are people so harsh to adam for firing people? like. maybe for those who are unaware, the firings of people like taylor and jazzy may seem unfair, and if you haven't looked into the justy allegations beyond hiraeth's video about them being false, actually, you'd also not get a very good impression of how he acts on these situations, but like. that's his job. and he's not the only person who decides on this — he most likely has to talk with other higher up crew members about these decisions.

and besides that, the people who say all these nasty things about adam for firing people don't know the full extent of what lead up to the firing. they hear one side, or vague details about what happened, and assume he's a bad person who fires people over minor misdemeanours, when taylor and jazzy have historically caused a lot of drama online/handled discussions online very poorly, and justy had plenty of evidence of grooming, with nothing to prove that they didn't do it. honestly, with, justy's firing specifically, i find it quite admirable that adam was able to stick to his morals so strongly, considering they were close friends for such a long time (and didn't have any bad blood, unlike him and taylor). there is an unfortunately small amount of people that would do what he did — many people in that position would deny their friends' misconduct, or keep them around anyways. finding out your friend did something horrible is hard, and having to make a decision like that was probably hard on him (hence why it annoys me whenever people ask him about the firing), this wouldn't've been easy to accept or do, but he did it anyways, and that's a really good thing

also feels kinda odd to me how people focus so much on adam and not anyone else in charge. not to pull the anitsemitism card, but it feels kinda iffy to me...
