After a few months of research, I was finally able to discover the secret of these animated loading screens! So I present you the first of them: a mysterious mermaid that will bewitch you with its graceful swimming, depending on the loading speed of your game, the time you wait for The Sims 4 to allow you to play or build.

I remind you that you can only have one custom loading screen at a time in your game. To do this, place the package file in the Mods folder of your game.
