Hey Guys here is another short blinking animation this time with my OC Anibell it’s not much but I still wanted to do something (small that is) :D
Hello! I have a hard time with love. I rarely tell anyone I love them and often push people away if they get too close (especially relationships). I've recently been trying to improve. I've told a few friends that I love them and I tried to tell my grandparents that I love them but for some reason it's really hard for me to say and feels wrong?? I don't know what's wrong with me or how to fix it? I'm not an emotionless robot. Love is there, it's just hard for me to express. -Anibell
Hey Anibell!
I have this same problemtoo, I find it really hard to tell my boyfriend that I love him. You are notalone in this! Sometimes it can be really difficult to say it. What I findhelps is breathing deeply, whispering it to them as this can be easier and thenthings like telling yourself that it is going to be okay because it is!
Sometimes you do noteven have to say the words, things that you can do can show people that youlove them. Simple gestures such as doing little jobs for them or telling themthings like ‘have a safe journey’, ‘I hope that you are doing okay’ and ‘have agood time’. This can show them that you do love them and that you care withoutsaying the words. Things like this can even be more appreciated as some people feelthat a small act of kindness can do more than any small words :)
If you get close withsomeone, often the reason that we push people away is because we feel that wedo not want someone to be ‘burdened’ with you, you might feel that you areannoying or may even feel that they hate you- but you need to remember thatquite often it is the opposite! When you are getting close with someone, communication is key to keep up the relationship going – be it friendships ormore- people need to be able to talk about how they are feeling otherwise theymight feel like they cannot help you and like they are not able to be goodfriend to you.
Also if you feel that youpush people away, how about instead of having one extremely close friend, perhaps you could try and have a more extended friend group- though rememberthis is only a suggestion :)
I hope that this hashelped! Stay amazing,
Elise xx
