Edison wants so desperately to be loved but he’s convinced he will only hurt Volt. Absolutely disgusted in his beastly nature. Little does he know Volt just appreciates Eddie for who is. Content and in love with every part of him, knowing they will figure it out.

So tempted to put a scene in my fic where Eddie hurts volt on accident as he’s turning. But has enough control over it to not kill him and run away in time. Something like that.
