I also think...what if Carmen saw his dead body after regaining memories or maybe even attended the funeral it'd also be...well, great in it's own way

Also WHAT IF HE WROTE HER A LETTER PRIOR OR SMTH (because he probably knew she might try to kill him as we see from the og)
