Happy birthday to Error! I know not all of these characters share his original birthday, but I wanted to throw a whole bunch of different versions of him in here. I’ll probably outline and color at least some of these, I just didn’t have time now.
The two had landed on a patch of golden flowers, the flowers breaking their fall. Angel found it odd how the flowers kept saving them over and over again. And yet again, Chara dragged the albino forward, the two wading through the water.
Angel looks to the piles of garbage as they pass them, though her eyes lingered on a training dummy that was among them. The dummy felt kind of odd... almost like it was-
Angel blinks, once. Twice. Thrice.
The dummy just vanished into the water.
The albino looks forward when the dummy suddenly shoots out of the water in front of her and Chara, making the two stop in their steps.
The dummy laughs. “Hahaha... It’s just like you to run away. I am a ghost that lives inside a dummy. My cousin used to live inside a dummy, too. Until... YOU CAME ALONG!” It snaps, glaring at the two. “Not only did your actions cause them to leave their home... But now all of their neighbors are gone, too! Despicable. Despicable! DESPICABLE! You’re the worst person I’ve ever met! I’ve NEVER been more mad!!! Guooooohhhh!!!! My mannequin levels are going OFF THE CHARTS!”
A white flash momentarily engulfs the dummy, though quickly fades away. The dummy blinks. “...? This... This feeling...?” It gasps. “Eureka. Eureka! ERUEKA! Human. That moment of unbridled emotion. It allowed me to finally fuse with my body! I’m fully corporeal now! My lifelong dream, realized!” It smiles. “In return, I guess I won’t stomp you. How’s that sound?”
Angel looked away as Chara lunged at the dummy, killing it with one strike of his knife. A chill runs down the albino’s spine as she hears the dust fall into the water, Chara grabbing holding of her wrist and dragging her forward once again.
She didn’t know where they were going; she just let the ghost drag her through Waterfall, ignoring the stinging pain in her wrist. She knew a bruise was probably going to form from the strong grip the child seemed to have.
After a run-in with Undyne and more wading through water, the two were soon crossing a bridge over a long drop. Angel couldn’t even see the bottom of the drop; it just faded away into blackness. Just as the two were about to reach the other side, a voice stops them. “Yo!”
“Oh God, please no...” Angel quietly whispers, looking back with Chara.
Monster Kid walked over to the two, stopping a few feet in front of them. “Yo. Undyne told me to stay away from you.” He looks away from them, shifting on his feet. “She said you... You hurt a lot of people.” He looks back to them. “... But, yo, that’s not true, right!?”
Angel looks away from the monster. Chara simply tilts his head to the side, a twisted grin forming on his face.
“... Yo... Why won’t you answer me?” Monster Kid asks as his body starts to shake. “A... a... and what’s with that weird expression...?” He takes a step back as Chara takes a step towards him. “Oh... Oh man... Man, my h-hearts pounding right out of my chest...”
“Run.” Angel quietly whispers. “For the love of God, just run...”
“... What would Undyne do?” Monster Kid stands tall, trying to be brave despite the fact that he was still shaking from fear. “... Yo... Y-you’d b-better st-stop r-right where you are... Cause if you w-wanna hurt anyone else... you’re... You’re gonna have to go through me, first. A... a... and...”
“So be it.” Chara pulls out his knife. “In my way.” He dashes forward, swinging his knife at the child. Only, the kid got shove to the side, someone else taking the blow for him instead.
Monster Kid blinks, looking up to the monster that was now standing in front of him, the knife having pierced through her armour. “Undyne... You’re... You’re hurt...”
“Hurt?” Undyne echoes, giving the child monster a reassuring smile. “It’s nothing.” She turns her attention back to the two humans in front of her. “Next time, listen when I tell you to leave, okay?”
Tears start forming in Monster Kid’s eyes. “Undyne... I...”
“I’ll take care of this!” The fish monster insists. “Get out of here!”
Monster Kid does as told, running off away from the fight.
Undyne chuckles, feeling herself start to fade away. “... Heh... “It’s nothing”... No... S-somehow, with just one hit... I’m already... Already...” She collapses down onto one knee. “D... damn it...”
Chara stares at her for a moment. He turns, grabbing Angel’s wrist as he begins to drag her in the opposite direction.
“Papyrus... Alphys... Asgore... Just like that, I... I’ve failed you.” Undyne clenches her hand into a fist, bringing herself back before her body could turn to dust. “No... My body... It feels like it’s splitting apart. Like any instant... I’ll scatter into a million pieces. But... deep, deep in my soul. There’s a burning feeling I can’t describe. A burning feeling that WON’T let me die.”
A wind starts howling through the area, making Chara stop. He looks back to Undyne as a bright light engulfs her, Angel staring at her with wide eyes.
“This isn’t just about monsters anymore, is it? If you get past me, you’ll… You’ll destroy them all, won’t you? Monsters... Humans... Everyone... Everyone’s hopes. Everyone’s dreams. Vanquished in an instant. But I WON’T let you do that. Right now, everyone in the world... I can feel their hearts beating as one. And we all have ONE goal. To defeat YOU. Human. No, WHATEVER you are. For the sake of the whole world... I, Undyne, will strike you down!”
The light dies down, Undyne standing, having brought herself back from the verge of death out of complete determination, wearing armour fitting for an undying soldier. “You’re gonna have to try a little harder than THAT.”
Angel could only stare as the battle begun, the albino unconsciously taking small steps away from the two. She didn’t know what to do. She knew she had to do something, but her mind was reeling for an answer and coming up completely blank.
Feeling eyes on her, the albino looks around, quite confused. She could sense someone else nearby, but... she couldn’t see anyone. She looks back to the fight, her eyes locking with Undyne’s. And, for a brief moment, the undying soldier could’ve sworn she saw Toriel and Papyrus standing beside her, holding tightly onto her shoulder or arm.
Angel shifts her gaze so it was on Chara instead. The ghost was quite determined to turn Undyne to dust, and the soldier was obviously giving him some trouble. An idea suddenly pops into Chara’s head, the ghost suddenly dashing towards Angel.
The albino’s eyes widen, her body frozen to her spot. She could only close her eyes as Chara jumped, knife swinging down to strike at her. Something suddenly shoved her back, making her hit the dirt floor. Angel pushes herself up, looking to where she once was, only to look up in shock. Undyne was standing there instead. She took the blow for her.
“Damn it...” Undyne growls. “So even THAT power... It wasn’t enough...? ... Heh...” She started to laugh. “Heheheh... If you... If you think I’m gonna give up hope, you’re wrong. ‘Cause I’ve... got my friends behind me.” She looks up to Chara, a smirk on her face. “Alphys told me that she would watch me fight you... And if anything went wrong, she would... evacuate everyone. By now she’s called Asgore and told him to absorb the six human souls.” Her whole body started to melt, the undying soldier feeling herself start to fade. “And with that power... This world will live on...!” She fades away into dust, leaving a green monster soul behind.
“No... NO!” Angel pushes herself to her feet, running to Undyne’s soul, hand stretched out.
“ANGEL!” Chara snaps at her, only he was too late, as her hand clamped down around the monster soul, a bright light engulfing her as a force throws Chara back, slamming him into the ground.
Chara pushes himself back to his feet, staring at Angel with shock as the light around her dies.
Angel stood with her eyes closed, her soul shining on her chest as green, orange and purple swirl in her white soul. Black armour was strapped to her torso, pauldrons on her shoulders, fingerless gauntlets on her lower arms, and armoured knee-high boots to cover her feet. The Deltarune was etched in white on the armour, a purple asymmetrical skirt to cover her legs down to her knees, a red scarf wrapped around her neck.
A spear appears in the albino’s hand. “Look what you’ve made me do...” Her voice rises above the wind, cutting through the area like a knife. “It’s time for me to lay down all of my fears.” She opens her ruby eyes, glaring at Chara. “You never even tried sparing a single soul.” She points her spear at the ghost. “Raise your weapon; try to fight me if you dare!”
Everything turns black and white as Chara dashes to the albino, knife ready to strike. Angel strikes her spear against the ground, bringing up a wall of fire, stopping the ghost in his tracks as the flames surround him.
The albino tightly grips the spear in her hand, tears forming in her eyes. “I never wanted to fight you... but I no longer have a choice.”
Angel feels Undyne place her hands on her shoulders, the undying soldier’s voice echoing through her mind.
↑The wind is howling.
Angel could feel the undying soldier’s determination pulsing through her, which only served to fuel her own.
The albino gasps when Chara jumps through the flames, the female quickly bringing up her spear, blocking the child’s knife. “Deep in my soul a feeling breaks through.” Angel breaks away from Chara as she flips back, bones sprouting up from the floor around the ghost. “All of our hearts are now beating as one!” Her sclera turns black as her irises glow silver. “I’ll give it my all; I’ll save them from you!”
Chara laughs. “And how do you expect to do THAT?” A twisted grin graces his face. “You’ll have to kill your sister to stop me. Do you think you can even do that?”
Angel responded by throwing spears down at the ghost, forcing him to move if he wanted to dodge them. “With all I’ve got I will strike you down.” The albino dodges to the side to avoid Chara’s knife, the female swinging her spear, the two locking their weapons together. “This is my honour, my duty, my vow!”
Chara slices through the spear, the albino quick to bring up her arm as a blue shield appears on it, keeping the ghost from hitting her with the blade. “Everyone’s hopes are shared in one dream.” Angel throws Chara off of her, the child skidding to a stop in the dirt as a sword made of bones appears in Angel’s hand. “It lives with elation that I have to keep!”
The two dash to each other as their blades clash together, neither one hitting other as both were quite equal in the onslaught of attacks. “This is our one last victory call.” Angel slams her sword into the ground, sending a wave of bones to Chara, the ghost quick to dodge them. “Not ever you can slay such noble cause.” Angel raises her hand before throwing it out, sending an onslaught of fire rocketing towards the ghost. “Undying, not gonna fall!”
Chara’s eyes widen, the fire hitting him and creating a small explosion. The ghost pants for breath at the dust settles, his ruby eyes looking around to see where the albino had gone to.
Angel stood tall on a bone that had sprouted from the floor, sword and shield missing. “I regret all of the things that have still been left unspoken.” She places a hand on her chest. “I would give them all to you if I could just turn back the time...” She holds out her hand, her sword reappearing as she tightly grips it, her shield reappearing on her arm. “But dust has covered all our lines, now the final peace is broken.” Her soul shine son her chest, her glowing silver irises glaring at the child below her. “I will keep on to my promise, this faithful burden is mine!”
Angel throws out her hand to shoot spears at Chara. “They were climbing higher up but now one by one they’re falling.” Chara runs to dodge, using his knife to deflect some of the spears. “But I will take them to the top; you can’t break our spirits in time!” The albino jumps off her perch, rolling into a landing on the ground. “This will be your last mistake; it will be your final trial.” She lifts her shield, blocking Chara’s attack. “This will be the end of your genocide!”
Angel uses her shield to shove Chara back, striking at him with her sword. “I won’t try to run away even if you see me falling.” The ghost dodges her attack, slicing at her with his knife, the albino dodging to the side. “She will take them to the top; gather all her courage in time!” Angel slams her sword into the ground, making bones shoot up from the ground. “This will be your final breath, fight against a True Heroine!” Chara jumps back, running to dodge the onslaught of bones. “Even if you don’t have to try...”
Chara runs to the albino, striking at her with his knife. She didn’t dodging in time, the blade piercing through her armour.

Angel’s eyes widen as her blood splatters against the ground, the glow in her irises fading as her sclera fades back to white. She falls to one knee, her head hung as her armour fades, leaving her back in her dark grey shirt, black pants and black knee-high boots.
Chara simply glares as her before turning as he beings to walk away.
Angel clutches her chest, blood from her wound seeping through the fabric of her shirt. “Trembling within the breeze, I can feel my soul is shaking.” Her voice was shaking. “Even with a single blow, everything that is comes undone.” She coughs, blood spilling from her mouth onto the dirt. “Using every ounce of strength, just keep myself from breaking.” She raises her head, her eyes glaring at Chara as her hair falls over the right half of her face. “I can only watch you walk... by...”
The albino cries out when pain shoots through her, falling onto her hands and knees. She gasps for breath, her soul cracking on her chest. “Holding on to everything, even when my body shatters...” She digs her fingers into the dirt as tears fall from her eyes. “I will never let you pass even when my tears run dry!” She raises a shaking hand towards Chara. “Beating with our hearts as one, everyone I know is praying.” A silver glow engulfs her irises as a spear appears above her, aimed at the ghost. “I will strike you down do or... die...”
The spear shatters as Angel collapses to the ground, the female unable to hold on any longer.
