Dory: Something someone has told you that you can’t forget (two good things and one bad)
good thing #1: pretty much everything my reiki master’s been telling me since i was 5. she watched me grow and listened to all my word vomits about insecurity and she knows a lot about me though both me and my mom so listening to what she has to say about anything that i go through is always meaningful to me. she was never wrong about anything she told me out of intuition.
good thing #2: this one guy on my spiritist doctrine classes who hugged me during the mandatory hug part of the class and looked at me in the eye and told me i don’t have to be afraid of being happy because i deserve to be happy and he barely even knows me and i broke down in tears and he and the teacher had to sit me down because i couldn’t even breathe and it was very recent and it still hurts me to talk about it and i don’t even know why
bad thing: for some reason i tend to remember way more bad things i’m told than the good things so i think it would be safe to my mental state if i kept this blank, considering what happened earlier today
