       SHE’S  SURPRISED  THIS   PLACE   IS   OPEN   AT   THIS   HOUR.   the   electrical   buzz   of   neon   signs   is   amplified   to   lydia,   calling   her   attention   in   the   strange   &   uncanny   way   a   banshee   would   be   attuned   with.   something   here   seems   off,   but   lydia’s   hungry   enough   to   try   keeping   an   open   mind.   it   looks   charming   enough,   despite   the   strange   energy   lingering.   she   can’t   tell   if   it   has   to   do   with   the   people,   or   if   SOMETHING   HAPPENED   HERE.   like   they   all   know   something   she   doesn’t.   she   can’t   place   her   finger   on   it,   but   she   feels   uneasy.   at   least   the   menu   looks   appealing,   though   she   can’t   decide   what   she   wants.   asking   for   a   second   opinion,   she   smiles   at   the   pretty   blonde.    ❛   would   you   say   the   cherry   pie   is   as   good   as   it   looks   ?   ❜   maybe   this   place   isn’t   as   sketchy   as   it   seems.   she   hopes   not.
