So my Nana... decided she wanted to make some Empanadas from scratch. She made a beef mix and a pork/turkey mix. Then decided she didn't wanna make the dough or use premade dough. So she gave me the beef mix and my sis the other. I too was too lazy to make the dough, so I used GreatValue buttermilk Biscuit 8pk. Perfect amount of dough although mine didn't come out perfectly lol I also brushed them with real butter instead of an beaten egg.
