I haven't posted in a while but here it goes. I will always be passionate about cooking. I love what I do and more then anything I love the reaction I receive when people taste my food for the first time. I have also come to understand that while I am a well trained CHEF its impossible to please everyone all the time as each individual has a mental idea of what there taste experiences should be. My cooking style is extremely different not your traditional Soul/Southern style. My cooking style maybe fuses with everything from Japanese to African or even Peruvian Flavors.
