Dream Diary: Android in Fantasy
this dream is a splice of many things, so I’ll try write what it was that happened...
I dreamed that it was the far future, but the world/society has collapsed and what came of it was a return to knights, monarchies and creatures that threatened mankind. I was part of a company of knights tasked with going into a city but there were things we had to do to arrive at our destination. There was a large river that my company and I couldn’t cross but a giant crow swept us up and carried us over so we could reach that long forgotten city. We charged into what looked like giant beetles that were blocking the way and got into a skirmish. Then...that’s when I woke up again.
I woke up in some abandoned alleyway in some desolated city and I was dressed like if I were from the eighties; sleeveless muscle shirt, worn, blue jeans with long hair and a red bandana going around my head. Though something strange happened, my body began to fall apart. I was trying to reach an ambulance that, for some reason, had an item I needed to stop myself from deteriorating. as I fell apart, I could see my skeleton was nothing more than metal and that’s when i began to crawl inside the ambulance, which I then found a syringe and shoved it into my neck and that’s when I stopped falling apart. I was in some strange neighborhood. They looked like the ones around where I live, but were mostly covered in vegetation and grass, but there was one that was clear.
It was a merchant house I believe. This woman’s house was full of reptiles; snakes, lizards and various other types. the house wasn’t rundown or ugly, but she did sell interesting stuff. I do remember that I did have a run with her before and one of her snakes tried biting me, but instead the venom of the snake burned away parts of my jeans.
There was also one bit I almost forgot, that when I recovered, I noticed that my left eye was missing and that it shined a red light. That was enough to tell me I wasn’t human but an android. I was meant to do something but...I can’t remember what the voice in my head said. It’s one of those dreams, I suppose...
