Medicbot!Ellis
HELLO EVERYONELong time no see. I am back and going to try to be more active which may prove to be rather difficult because school has started up again, but I will do my best.
I like the idea of Android!Ellis a lot, I thought it would be funny if he was a a medic robot since he is reckless and… well I mean, he’s got an arm off lol.
I was thinking about the design a lot, and I kind of settled on this because im not very creative, but also because I like the idea of characters having flaws that they can’t really help (if that makes sense). Ellis is a very fragile and faulty type of bot. He is extremely necessary in the world of bots though because he holds plasma which powers the cores of all androids (in my android au anyway haha). It is held in his stomach by a thick, not inflexible container; if this container is broken, it may be lethal if not handled carefully and in a timely matter.
The medicbots contain a copious amount of plasma, and in times of war, they are often scarce due to the fact that a medicbots own plasma is held in that container as well. In dire situations, the medicbot will willingly give up their own plasma to save another bot
I imagine plasma as being kind of like Adam from Bioshock, “Everybody wants it; everybody needs it.” Which is why I decided to give Ellis that glitchy stutter as well; too many scuffles with other bots trying to get his plasma.
This is really convoluted, but I had a lot of fun drawing this.
ALSO: His parts are supposed to be red, but I can’t tell if theyre red or orange, cause I’ve trouble discerning between some colors, so I apologize. I hope you all enjoy anyway. <3
