It depends! Android!Ari can't feel other people's pain, but her own sensors are more or less the same as humans' by default. However, with a little bit of coding knowledge and a way to access her code, they can be altered, turned up or down or off at the person's whim. Along with many other things.
Angel!Ari feels her own pain at about the same level as humans, but that can be compounded and blended if other people (with powerful energy, of course, due to her dulled senses) are hurt nearby.
